DEVELOPING A CURRICULUM FOR MONKS LEADING THE VILLAGE TO KEEP THE FIVE PRECEPTS TO DEVELOP THE SPATIAL MECHANISM OF THE COMMITTEE TO DRIVE THE FIVE PRECEPTS VILLAGE PROJECT

This research article is a qualitative research using concepts and theories related to curriculum development, leadership, and the upkeep of the Five Precepts. It is a research framework. The research area is Bang Takhian Community, Song Phi Nong District. Suphanburi Province The sample group consisted of 35 monks/person who led the 5 precepts village movement, 5 precepts experts and the monks committee who led the 5 precepts village movement. The researcher selects key contributors from curriculum development experts. and 10 monks who have passed the training course for monks leading the village to keep the 5 precepts. Data were analyzed by using the context content analysis technique. with data collection all the time in which the data is reviewed to obtain complete and analyzed data The researcher used the data that has been reviewed. to make a system for finding meaning distinguish the elements both link and correlate the data so that it can lead to an understanding of the changing phenomena. and a model of understanding the diversity and nuances of the data collected. to present an overview report.
The results of the research were as follows:
(1) Development of a training course for monks leading the village to keep the 5 precepts
Consisting of 3 learning elements: Content : Content learning Pedagogy : Method/technical learning to work Technology : Technology learning
(2) Workshop on creating monks as a leader in driving the precepts village project 5 Consisting of training through various activities, all 5 Moduel are Moduel 1. Take lessons for driving the precepts village project 5 Moduel 2. Techniques and working tools developed to drive the precepts village 5 in the community Moduel 3. Development Digital media for driving the 5 precepts village, Moduel 4. Skills for transforming problems into life and Moduel 5. Strategies for driving the 5 precepts villages into practice. The 5 precepts village has practiced before going into the real area.
(3) Assessment of the success of the workshop on building a leading monk to drive the 5 Precepts Village Project, the participants had knowledge and understanding of the essential principles of the 5 Precepts and practical skills in transferring knowledge. about the principle of the model of driving the 5 precepts to the general public Representing a concrete working network that drives reconciliation projects By using Buddhist dharma principles, villages upholding the 5 precepts of the Supreme Sangha Council in all 77 provinces can be key speakers in organizing training for new generation speakers or youths. and also expanding the results of the project to build reconciliation by using Buddhist dharma principles in villages upholding the 5 precepts to create peace for the community and society in many other ways
