THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PARTICIPATORY SUPERVISION MODEL FOR ENHANCING LEARNING MEASURMENT AND EVALUATION COMPETENCY OF TEACHERS IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE BASIC EDUCATION COMMISSION IN THE NORTHEAST

The objectives of this study were to study the composition of the pattern, to develop, to examine the correctness and appropriateness, and to construct a user manual on the Model. The research consists of four phases: that is, The study of components of Enhancing Learning Measurement and Evaluation Competency of Teachers in the first phase from the information synthesized from document analysis, and interviews of 9 experts. The model was developed performance in the second phase as well as a 3-round application of modified Delphi’s technique from the comments of 21 professionals. The examination of the correctness and appropriateness of the developed model was conducted in the third phase by asking for the opinions of 450 school administrators, academic teachers, and elementary school teachers, which were selected through multistage sampling. The instrument used was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. A user manual on the developed model was created in the four phases and received an appropriateness examination by 5 experts. An analysis was also conducted to determine the frequency, mean, percentage, interquartile range, median, and standard deviation of the data.
The results can be concluded as follows.
- A Participatory Supervision Model for Enhancing Learning Measurement and Evaluation Competency of Teachers in Primary Schools, Consisted of 4 components: 1) factors affecting the effectiveness of participatory supervision 2) scope of competence for measuring and evaluating teacher learning outcomes 3) participatory supervision process and 4) outcomes. Participatory supervision to enhance teacher learning performance measurement and evaluation.
- A Model, Consists of 4 main components: 1) factors affecting the effectiveness of participatory supervision 2) scope of competence for measuring and evaluating teacher learning outcomes 3) the participatory supervision process, and 4) outcomes. Participatory supervision to enhance teacher learning performance measurement and evaluation.
- The correctness and appropriateness of a Model Overall, at the highest level.
