BUDDHADHAMMA INTEGRATION FOR FOREIGN LABORERS WELFARES MANAGEMENT IN SAMUTSAKORN PROVINCE

This Research article The objectives are: 1. To study the general condition of foreign workers welfare administration. 2. Study the factors affecting the welfare management of foreign workers. 3. Propose a model for applying Buddhist principles for migrant workers' welfare administration in Samut Sakhon Province. Use a qualitative research methodology. field data collection by in-depth interviews with 26 key informants or people. From a group of scholars on Buddhism Group of academics in public administration Labor academic group group of entrepreneurs or executives Group of government officials on labor A group of labor organizations or trade unions or NGOs representing workers or supervisors. with a specific selection based on the representational nature of the appropriate group. Use a structured interview form. with a content validity index (S-CVI) of 1.00 as a tool for data collection and a group discussion with only 9 experts or people. Data were analyzed using descriptive content analysis techniques.
The results of the research were found: 1. The general condition of the migrant workers' welfare administration in Samut Sakhon Province. The strength is that they are legal workers. The weak point is that employers have to manage workers who have reached the age of 2 years under the contract. Opportunity is that migrant workers have the Stable living and obstacles is that the process of bringing in workers to work is complicated. become a channel of the brokerage system. 2. Factors affecting the welfare administration of migrant workers in Samut Sakhon Province, such as organizing migrant workers into legal labor set up supervisory unit Emphasis on human rights Create mutual understanding between workers and migrant workers. 3. Model of application of Buddhist principles for migrant workers' welfare administration in Samut Sakhon Province Has applied the four principles of Sangahavattha, which consist of charity (kindness), i.e. providing legal welfare; Piyawacha (Vajee Pharaoh) which means communication with sincerity; Atthachariya (helping people) which means treating migrant workers equally with Thai people. Build good relationship with each other and reconciliation (consistent self-esteem), including taking into account human dignity and human rights.
