SOCIAL WORK MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES OF COMMUNITY LEADERS IN SAMPHRAN DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY NAKHON PATHOM

Abstract

This research paper is a mixed method research study between qualitative research and quantitative research. apply the concept of social work management and the concept of integrating organizational effectiveness assessment as a research framework. The research area was Sampran District Municipality. Nakhon Pathom Province The sample group was people in the Sam Phran District Municipality area. Nakhon Pathom Province consisted of 399 people using a stratified selection method. The sampling was done by a simple random sampling method and then randomized by a systematic random sampling method. There are 2 types of research tools used in this research, namely 1) interview form 2) questionnaire to analyze the data. by the quantitative research section The statistics used to analyze the data consisted of percentage values. Mean and Standard Deviation and multiple regression analysis methods qualitative research used to analyze content and write a descriptive description.

The findings of the research were found as follows:

1) The sample group had opinions on the management of community leaders in the municipality, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province Overall, it is moderate. The mean was 3.22. When considering each aspect, it was found that the side with the mean was at the highest level. They were budgeting with an average of 3.71, followed by staffing with an average of 3.20, and directing with an average of 3.19. Reporting, with an average of 3.19. The mean was 3.18 in coordination. (Coordinating) has an average of 3.11, and planning (Planning) has an average of 3.10. and organization (Organizing) with an average of 3.07 respectively. 2) The sample group had opinions on social work of community leaders in the municipality. Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province Overall, it was at a high level of 3.54. Considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was problem solving. and alleviating problems with an average of 3.79, followed by protection. The mean was 3.58 in treatment or service. The mean was 0.77 and the promotion or development aspect. The mean was 3.29, respectively.
