Abstract

This research paper is a mixed method research study between qualitative research and quantitative research. Apply the concept of management. participation and the concept of integrative organizational effectiveness assessment. as a research framework, research area is Damnoen Saduak District Ratchaburi The sample group consisted of 400 people in Damnoen Saduak District using a stratified selection method. (Proportional Stratified Random Sampling). The sampling was done by a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling) and then randomized by a systematic random sampling method. There are 2 types of research tools used in this research, namely 1) interview form 2) questionnaire to analyze the data. by the quantitative research section The statistics used to analyze the data consisted of percentage values. Mean and Standard Deviation and multiple regression analysis methods qualitative research used to analyze content and write a descriptive description. The findings of the research were found as follows:

1) The results of the opinion level analysis on the components of the drive of the 5 Precepts Village Project, Ratchaburi Province (Administration) as a whole is at a high level. with a mean of 4.09 and when considering each aspect found that Planning management components with the highest mean of 4.13, followed by command diagnosis with an average of 4.12, while the coordination The lowest mean is 4.00

2) The results of the opinion level analysis on the components of the drive of the 5 Precepts Village Project, Ratchaburi Province Overall, it's at a very high level. The mean was 3.94 and when considering each aspect, it was found that the decision-making aspect was at a high level. with an average of 4.07, followed by a high level of benefit receiving The mean was 3.93 while the operational aspect was at a high level. but the lowest mean is 3.84.

3) The results of the opinion level analysis on the effectiveness of crime reduction in Damnoen Saduak District Ratchaburi Province overall was at a high level with an average of 4.07 and when considering each aspect, it was found that the internal process aspect was at a high level. with an average of 4.17, followed by the open system at a high level with an average of 4.10, while in the interpersonal at a high level but the lowest mean is 4.00
