Abstract

This research paper is a qualitative research study using Likert's styles of leadership and the mission of the Sangha as a research framework. The research area is the Southern Sangha Administration Area. The key informants were 10 monks/person in the Southern Sangha Administrative Region. The research instrument was a structured interview form. Dedicated group chat, observation and recording tools Analyze the data using content analysis and write a descriptive description. The findings of the research were found as follows:

1) The factor affecting The Monks Prototype of Developers in The South Area Sangkha Administrative. To trust and trust subordinates always accept the opinions of subordinates. There is a reward for economic security to the group. Surely is beloved because the working atmosphere in harmony participatory management. Set a common purpose progress is assessed. There is 2-way communication from both the upper and lower levels. At the same level or in the workforce, management decisions can be made in both the management and the workforce. The benefits will eventually emerge to the agencies and people, causing communities, provinces and countries to develop even further in the future.

2) Presenting The Monks Prototype of Developers in The South Area Sangkha Administrative by encouraging the monks to have a bachelor's degree or higher. To bring the acquired knowledge to develop the clergy. It starts with self-development, temple development, community development, social development and national development. Promote the establishment of Buddhist universities in every province, in order to increase the skills and knowledge. Especially in leadership in order to be The Monks Prototype of Developers in Sangkha Administrative.
