FACTORS AFFECTING THE SUCCESS IN ADMINISTRATION OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN NAKHON CHAI SI DISTRICT NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

This research paper is a mixed method research study between qualitative research and quantitative research. Apply the concept of the level of success in the administration of government schools. And the concept of factors affecting the success of government schools as a research framework. The research area was government schools in the district. Nakhon Pathom Province consisted of 399 people using a stratified selection method. (Proportional Stratified Random Sampling). The sampling was done by a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling) and then randomized by a systematic random sampling method. There are 2 types of research tools used in this research, namely 1) interview form 2) questionnaire to analyze the data. By the quantitative research section the statistics used to analyze the data consisted of percentage values. Mean and Standard Deviation and multiple regression analysis methods qualitative research used to analyze content and write a descriptive description. The findings of the research were found as follows:
Factors Affecting Success in Administration of Government Schools in Nakhon Chai Si District in Nakhon Pathom Province, it was found that the overall opinion was at a high level of 3.99 when considering each aspect in descending order of average value. The first was the strategic planning aspect. With the highest mean of 4.06, followed by personnel-oriented 4.05, and the aspect with the least mean of measurement, analysis and knowledge management 3.94.
Success in the administration of government schools in Nakhon Chaisri District in Nakhon Pathom Province, it was found that the overall opinion was at a high level of 4.01 when considering each aspect in order of average from highest to lowest. Good 4.04, followed by students with good health and aesthetics 4.03, and the aspect with the least mean was learners having knowledge and skills necessary according to the curriculum 3.98
Factors Affecting Success in Management of government schools with success in government school administration six predictors that were positively correlated with the criterion variable (Y) at the .05 level had a correlation coefficient ranging from .830 to .891.
