DEVELOPING STRATEGIES FOR BUILDING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INFORMATION PERCEPTION AND QUALITY OF PUBLIC INFORMATION FROM NEW FORMS OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) AFFECTING STATE SECURITY AND ENHANCING GOOD GOVERNANCE IN THE AREA OF UDON THANI PROVINCE

This research 1) The committee assesses the level of information and the quality of citizens' information from new communication and information technology (ICT). 2) Analyzes important information that surveys the information. News and the quality of information of the people from new information and communication technology (ICT) and 3) to drive and strengthen the efficiency of the system in gathering news and information quality of the people, technology from Communication and Information (ICT) depends on the ability to support the system and strengthen good governance in the area of Udon Thani Province. It is a sample tracking research with a frequency of 351 people using simple random sampling. Used were statistics, statistics used in the T-test and One - Way ANA, and important general information of 6 people using specific random sampling. The tool used was a survey using exploratory content analysis. The research found that
1) Assessing the level of information awareness and quality of information among citizens from new forms of communication and information technology (ICT). Overall, opinions were at a high level ( = 3.70, S.D.=.75). Occupations and Length of residence There was a significant difference in opinion at .05. 2) Factors that influence the perception of news and the quality of news are: (1) news or political issues (2) news side/news maker (3) Journalists (4) News consumers (5) Communication and information technology (ICT) 3) Guidelines for strengthening the development of strategies to create effectiveness, information perception and quality of information should include the following methods: (1) Check the accuracy of information From a variety of sources (2) Check the credibility of the person giving the news. The presenter must be neutral and have verified until confident. So the information will be published further. It may take a limited amount of time to be quick and keep up with events. To be useful and create knowledge peace and order to society
