This research paper combines participatory and action research techniques. Strong community and sufficiency economy philosophy concepts were employed as study frameworks based on concepts of social capital and cultural capital. The focus of this study is on community entrepreneurial organizations in Kanchanaburi's Sangkhaburi District. The sample groups and key informants consisted of 40 people from the community, traders and manufacturers, and local wisdom teachers. Interview forms, non-participant observation, and group discussions were used as research instruments. Analyze the situation in context and evaluate the results. The study found that
1) Communities and self-management, local administrative structures and fundamental economic growth, and resource capital and Thai cultural capital for driving were all conditions and restrictions in the dimensions of economic and social driving. Each phase involves the collaboration and understanding of the people in the community, it must be a step-by-step procedure, and most importantly, it must be taken seriously.
2.The establishment of a community plan is essential to the development of a driving mechanism. community relations system, shared learning and social and cultural capital enrichment activities of individuals in the neighborhood, a local network that reaches out to other communities, and an alliance based on mutual respect and trust that extends to other communities.
- The Ban Wang Ka research area's model of the driving mechanism has established a development plan. There is a process of gathering information and converting it into a discussion process among people in the local community, agencies, partners, and all parties in order to mobilize problems and solutions collaboratively. Additionally, urgent problems and items that require development or rehabilitation in the community must be used to develop action plans for resolving issues and developing communities in all aspects, including short-, medium-, and long-term plans that correspond to problems, needs, and opportunities. initiatives aimed at alleviating poverty, debt, arable land scarcity, poor commodity prices, and environmental degradation. In order to strengthen and sustainably rebuild and develop a community, a welfare system with clear objectives and a common management structure must be established.
The study's findings indicate that knowledge may be employed as a communal strategy, as a method for economic and social reform. Develop a community-based mechanism to drive village, community, and district reform in order to establish a regional and national model of equal access to resources and social services for economic and social stability.
