Abstract

In this research study Aims to study the development of the administration model of the Dharma Department of the Dharma Department, Nakhon Pathom Province. to be even better by using an integrated research methodology during quantitative research and qualitative research The research populations were administrators, teachers, staff and students in each school district in Nakhon Pathom Province. The statistics of the total number of samples were 344 images and the sample group data was collected by interviewing 15 people/person. The statistics used in the analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis

The results showed that

Development of a model for education management in the Dharma Department in Nakhon Pathom Province From the analysis and synthesis of the researcher, it consists of 5 aspects: 1) planning, there should be a meeting to discuss and seek approval at the Sangha Council. Assign teachers to have clear roles and duties Supervise and maintain rules and regulations, appoint teachers and teachers in different levels. 2) Organizational arrangements. Teachers and staff should be appointed in an orderly manner, the administrative structure is in accordance with the rules. The development of work to determine the position and duties of each individual. 3) Personnel management. Personnel should be recruited based on appropriate principles. Human resource development strategies work appropriately. Training to develop knowledge and competence 4) Administration, the management team supports teaching systematic coordination Funding for teaching and learning work with other agencies related to social assistance education; and 5) control. Schedule for opening and closing dates by concurrently organizing training for the Dharma before the exam Consider submitting a list of students quickly.
