MANAGING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE TEMPLE AND THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION FOR THE STRENGTH OF THE COMMUNITY IN NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

This study aimed to examine the management level, relationship level, and to propose a management approach for the relationship between the temple and the local administrative organization in order to enhance the community in Nakhon Pathom Province. The research method employed was an integration of qualitative and quantitative research. The sample group consisted of 386 monks and local government personnel in Nakhon Pathom Province, selected through simple random sampling and systematic random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through the use of interview forms and questionnaires. The data was analyzed using statistical techniques such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis, followed by qualitative research and descriptive interpretation.
The results indicated that the overall management level and relationship level between the temple and the local administrative organization was at a high level. The guidelines for organizing Buddhist activities included mutual consultation, Dharma learning, such as online education, support for welfare work, establishment of a fund foundation, promotion of careers, dissemination of information, training in ethics and morality, health promotion, and participatory education. The study emphasized the importance of lifelong learning and open communication to build morale and empower individuals to work together towards a common goal.
