Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the relationship between human resource development and the strengthening of private sector development networks in Nakhon Pathom Province. The research employed an integrated approach combining qualitative and quantitative research methods. The sample group consisted of 400 individuals in Nakhon Pathom Province, selected through proportional stratified sampling. The research tools included interview forms and questionnaires, and data were analyzed using statistical methods such as percentages, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression analysis. Qualitative data were analyzed through descriptive interpretation.

The results indicated that the overall level of human resource development and the strengthening of private sector development networks in Nakhon Pathom Province were high. There was a significant positive correlation between human resource development and the strengthening of private sector development networks at the .05 level, with a multiple correlation coefficient (R) of .734. To strengthen private sector development networks, it is crucial to focus on economic development, social responsibility, and environmental protection within the framework of good governance. Additionally, it is necessary to provide employees with opportunities for personal and professional growth through education, religion, and cultural development. Business organizations can be strengthened through employee training and development programs, as well as the provision of appropriate welfare and efficient work processes. Furthermore, connecting knowledge and skills from various stages of life, such as home, community, school, company, and government, can enhance the achievement of goals and lead to overall success.
