ไฮบริด (Hybrid) การทำงานแบบผสมผสาน : มาตรฐานใหม่สำหรับการทำงานในอนาคต

The objectives of this study were three-fold : 1) to determine the factors favorable to the success of the hybrid working : a brand new working standard for the future; 2) to investigate problems and obstacles pertaining to the hybrid working style; and (3) to offer suitable guidelines for use in the hybrid working.
The research was qualitative in nature. The sources of the data for use in the study were related documents, non-participant observations, and in-depth interviews. 20 key informants were purposively selected for in-depth interviews. The key informants were chief executives and middle-level managers as well as the operating staff members with high caliber from the private and public sectors. The study instruement was a semi-structured interview guide; the collected data were analyzed by means of data reduction, data display and summarizing. The findings were presented in a descriptive manner.
As a result of the data analysis, the researcher discovered the following facts : 1) The factors favorable to the success of the hybrid working : a brand new working standard for the future comprised the following : making proper arrangements of the workplace, suitable workplace, state of the arts technology, having good mental health at work, desirable interactions with co-workers, strong work motivation, increase productivity, and high capabilities. 2) With regard to the problems and obstacles encountered while using the hybrid working, the following facts were found that: 1.the hybrid working failed to suit some kinds of positions; 2. the work life balance could not come into being; 3. the inefficiency of connecting the technological tools with the internet; 4. there existed mental health problems in the workplace; and 5. the problems arising from the change in organizational cultures of different workplaces.
