Abstract

This research paper is an mixed research. No full stop qualitative research and quantitative research applying concept participation and leadership as a research Framework. The area of research is Nakhon Pathom Province. The Sample groups consisted of 341 people corrected by a proportional stratified selection method in Rai Khing Subdistrict, Sampran District, Nakhon Pathom Province. There are 2 kinds of research tools; 1) interview form 2) questionnaires. Data were analyzed by quantitative research. The statistics used consist of percentage values. Mean and Standard Deviation and multiple regression analysis methods qualitative research Use it to analyze content and write a descriptive description. The findings of the research were found as follows:
(1) On good practice that affects success in driving the 5 Precepts Village Project in Nakhon Pathom Province, the guidelines are found such as a network building to drive the strengthen work, using network as a base to lead people to livelihood, creating a participatory process to create community requirements to drive the precepts village project 5, integrating cultural capital, social capital, faith capital, economic capital that exists in the community as a project-driven capital. (2) On factors that influenced the success in driving the village project to keep the 5 precepts to strengthen reconciliation in Nakhon Pathom Province, it was found that the overall level was at the highest level. Removed full stop an average of 4.31. When considering each aspect, it was found that structural factors with the highest average of 4.41, followed by strategic factors at 4.37, while the skill factor had the lowest mean at 4.17. (3) On the model of driving the village project to keep the precepts 5 of the Nakhon Pathom community, there is an important component, that is, the foundation must begin with the participation of the people in activities related to the Five Precepts by community leaders from three sectors, namely the Sangha, government and civil society sectors. They have leadership in management under 7 mechanisms, comprising structure, strategy, work system, management style, personnel, skills, abilities, values.
