การบริหารจัดการองค์กรในยุค New Normal นี้ถือเป็นการมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปเป็นอย่างมากในระบบการทำงานที่เปลี่ยนไปหลังจากการเกิดโรคไวรัสโควิด-19 หลายองค์กรเริ่มมีการปรับตัว หลายองค์กรได้รับผลกระทบจากการเกิดไวรัส ขึ้นอยู่ว่าองค์กรไหนมีการปรับเปลี่ยนและเตรียมความพร้อมในการรับมือกับสถานการที่เปลี่ยนไปบทความนี้ผู้เขียนจึงอยากนำเสนอแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการองค์กรในยุค New Normal ด้วยวิธีการใช้เทคนิค 6 กลยุทธ์ 5 ซึ่งสามารถนำองค์ความรู้เหล่านี้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เข้ากับบริบทการบริหารจัดการองค์กรในยุค New Normal ทำให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพและรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างทันท่วงที
