Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the human resource development of sub-district administrative organizations in Don Chedi District. Suphanburi Province 2) to compare the human resource development of the sub-district administrative organization in Don Chedi District 3) To study the problems, obstacles and recommendations for human resource development of sub-district administrative organizations in Don Chedi District. Suphanburi Province This study is a mixed research method between quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) and qualitative research. (Quantitative Research) The samples used in this research were personnel working in the sub-district administrative organization in Don Chedi District. Suphanburi Province consisted of 234 people out of 565 personnel. The method of using the sample group using Taro Yamane's calculation formula. Taro Yamane, the tool used to collect data was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using the social science research package. The statistics used to analyze the general population data were frequency values, percentage values. Statistics used to analyze opinion levels in human resource development of sub-district administrative organizations in Don Chedi District Suphanburi Province is the frequency Frequencies, Mean Percentage, Standard Deviation, and Hypothesis Test to describe personal factor data; F-test by One way ANOVA to test the difference between the mean of three or more groups. and test the difference between the mean pairs with the Least Significant Difference (LSD) method and qualitative research. with in-depth interviews with key informants and using content analysis techniques for context The results of the study showed that
1) Opinions of personnel towards human resource development of sub-district administrative organizations in Don Chedi District Suphanburi Province Overall, it was at a high level ( = 3.69). At a high level in all aspects is Training ( = 3.73), Development ( = 3.64), Education ( = 3.69)
2) Compare the opinions of personnel towards human resource development of sub-district administrative organizations in Don Chedi District. Suphanburi Province Classified by personal factors such as gender, age, education level, occupation, annual income and position, it was found that personnel with different gender, occupation, and annual income had different opinions on human resource development of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Don Chedi District. Suphanburi Province no different As for the personnel with different age, education level There are opinions on the human resource development of the sub-district administrative organization in Don Chedi District. Suphanburi Province with a statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
3) Suggestions on Human Resource Development of Sub-District Administrative Organizations in Don Chedi District Suphanburi Province found that the trainers should be recruited to train with experienced, knowledgeable and competent speakers to be the trainers. Should find a budget to support to promote learning new things to learn new things To keep up with the situation, the management should find a budget each year to set up a separate budget from various projects. Of the sub-district administration organization, which will make the training management project quality and effective meet the important objective is that the personnel should propose the human resource development needs of the sub-district administrative organization in the district.
