DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS IN SUPHANBURI PROVINCE

Abstract

In this research, the researcher is very interested in studying development management of local government organizations in Suphan Buri Province. Because this organization is a fundamental and extremely important. The objectives were: 1) to study the development management of local government organizations in Suphan Buri Province; 2) to study the principles of development management and 3) to propose development management guidelines for the Administration of Local Government Organizations in Suphanburi Province. This research was used a qualitative methodology by conducting documentary research with interviews the key informants to find development management. The results of the research found that:
The Highlights in organization’s development Management were found that the Public participation is clear in the policy. On the planning aspect, the consultation, advice, correction, and the center for information on the project were found. There were also found the highlights in project such as, a village project to keep the 5 precepts, and annual practice meditation.
