COMPARISON OF BUDGET EXPENDITURES OF SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATIONS ORGANIZATION AND THE SUB-DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY IN PATHUM THANI PROVINCE

This research article Objectives 1)To study the knowledge and understanding of people and personnel in the organization. Toward the budget expenditure of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization and the sub-district municipality in Pathum Thani province. 2)To study the factors affecting the budget expenditure of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization. And the sub-district municipality in Pathum Thani Province Using a combination of Mix methods, the research area was Pathum Thani Province. The population used As a representative of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization and the sub-district municipality provided information in the sample group in Pathum Thani Province, the sample group consisted of 400 people, divided into 2 groups, consisting of civil servants involved in the Treasury Division of the Sub-District Administrative Organization; and the sub-district municipality in Pathum Thani Province and service users and people in the sub-district administrative organization and the sub-district municipality in Pathum Thani Province 16 key informants were selected by specific method. The tools were questionnaires and interview forms. by studying theories, concepts, thesis, and related research both domestically and internationally by having 3 experts check the tool's reliability at 0.87 and examine the questions in the interview, it was found that read and understand questions It covers the objectives of analyzing and presenting descriptive statistics.
The Results of the Research 1) Most of the samples were knowledgeable. Understanding that when the annual expenditure budget ordinance has been approved and promulgated Subdistrict Administrative Organizations can implement projects/plans at all. 2) Factors affecting the budget expenditure of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization and the sub-district municipality in Pathum Thani Province It was found that the overall level was at a high level (mean equal to 3.58). As for the budget guideline of local administrative organizations at all levels, the duty of the administrators was to communicate to the public about the use of budgets for cost-effectiveness and transparency.
