Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop a participatory management model.     to the standards of vocational education management system bilateral Central Vocational Education Institute 3 The research was divided into 4 steps as follows: Step 1. The study    of basic data for the creation of a participatory management model. to the standards         of vocational education management system bilateral Central Vocational Education Institute 3 by synthesizing relevant documents and the study of guidelines for the development      of vocational education in the bilateral system Vocational Training Institute, Central Region  3 by interviewing experts. Step 2: Creating and finding quality of participatory management model. to the standards of vocational education management system bilateral Vocational Education Institute, Central Region 3by using the information from Step 1to draft                  a participatory management model. to the standards of vocational education management system bilateral Central Vocational Education Institute 3 and find quality through           group discussion. by 15qualified persons. Step 3 Experimental model of participatory management. to the standards of vocational education management system bilateral Vocational Education Institute, Central Region 3 by the group of informants There were 14 teachers in the workplace and 87 teachers in the Central Vocational Education Institutes for the 3rd year of the academic year 2020. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean, standard deviation. and content analysis

The results showed that participatory management model to the standards of vocational education management system bilateral The Central Region 3 Vocational Training Institute consists of the principle of participatory management. Component 1 Participatory Executive Committee and Participatory Management Framework Component 2 participatory management process and Component 3 Standards for the management of vocational education systems in the bilateral system The experts were of the opinion that the participatory management model to the standards of vocational education management system bilateral Vocational Training Institute, Central Region 3 Overall, the suitability and feasibility were at the highest level. and in-house trainers and teachers There is an opinion that the applicability of the participatory management model to the standards of vocational education management system bilateral Vocational Training Institute, Central Region 3, as a whole, can be followed. at the highest level
