Abstract

The objectives of this research article are: 1.Study the current condition. Necessary needs of teacher competency in Thailand 4.0 era under Phetchaburi Secondary Education Service Area Office 2. Create and examine a model of teacher competency development in Thailand 4.0 era under the Phetchaburi Secondary Education Service Area Office. 3. Trial and evaluate the development model Teacher competency towards Thailand 4.0 era under Phetchaburi Secondary Education Service Area Office. This research is a combination of methods with 3 steps. The research area is Phetchaburi Province. The sample group was the director, the deputy director, the teacher selected by specific method, number of 16 people and number of 278 people were obtained by the Craig C table; and Morgan. Two types of research instruments were used: 1) a semi-structured interview questionnaire and 2) a double-response assessment questionnaire. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and PNI index in case of quantitative research. Qualitative Research Section Use it to analyze content and write a descriptive description. The results of the research showed that 1) The problem of teacher competency in the Thailand 4.0 era, teachers organized learning that focused on students. Should increase the spirit of being a teacher. Current conditions and necessities for teacher competency development towards Thailand 4.0 under the Phetchaburi Secondary Educational Service Area Office, namely (1) in information and communication technology skills with PNI modified index = 0.57 (2) in self-development with values PNI modified = 0.55 and the least valuable aspect was teacher leadership with PNI modified = 0.17 2) Teacher competency development model in Thailand 4.0 era under Phetchaburi Secondary Education Service Area Office accuracy and suitability At the highest level 3) Trial At the highest level and model assessment Benefits and Possibilities at the highest level.
