This paper would like to present the creation of a social capital development discourse in the context of Thailand, the concept of the discourse by Foucaut a French scholar and the concept of Bourdieu's social capital, as well as a number of Thai scholars. The discourse on the development of social capital to promote development in the meaning of capital in the Thai context is the development of existing capital to the concept.
