PROCESS ENHANCING BUSINESS NETWORKING AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMUNITY NAKHON RATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

This research is of the objectives are; 1) to study of business networking of Provincial Community Enterprise Group Nakhon Ratchasima Province 2)to encourage business networking of Provincial Community Enterprise Group Nakhon Ratchasima Province and 3)to present the methods of encouragement and development the business networking of Provincial Community Enterprise Group Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Researcher has used methodology of Participatory Research with the community. The qualitative data were analyzed by content analysis. The key informant such as the related person of Community, Enterprise Group of 15 persons gained by a specific selective method according to the specified criteria. It was written a descriptive report.
The research results were found that 1) Business networking of Provincial Community Enterprise Group Nakhon Ratchasima Province has the Community Enterprise Group for 1,853 groups, I.e., production transformation textile products, herbal products etc. The entrepreneur and members of Community Enterprise Group have followed the government proceedings. Special activities of Community Enterprise Group emphasized to production processes and distribution under supporting by the government. For the planning and operation of project is under the governing officers.
2) Enhancing business networking of Provincial Community Enterprise Group Nakhon Ratchasima Province is under promotion of the government by the knowledge and support the entrepreneur to develops their product and follow the standard and providing development plan for the entrepreneur. They provide budget directly to the entrepreneur of Enterprise Group and provide the marketing activity to the entrepreneur for distribute their products in domestic and international Level.
3. The Guidelines for enhancing and developing networks of community enterprises in Nakhon Ratchasima Province are that: community enterprise groups have got a process of exploring their own information, self-awareness This leads to a process of consultation between people in the local community, agencies, all parties, to jointly mobilize and solve problems together. They have set jointly planning for resource management of community enterprises to support the development of the Greater Korat.
