Relationship Between Working Motivation of Teachers and Behaviors as Good Citizen of Students in Phrapariyattidham School, Department of General Education Group 1, Bangkok

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the working motivation of teachers in Phrapariyattidham School, Department of General Education Group 1, Bangkok and to study the relationship between working motivation of teachers and well behavior of children Phrapariyattidham School, Department of General Education Group 1, Bangkok . Working motivations developed from 2 factors of Herzberg theory which are motivator factors and hygiene factors. Study subject is 125 teachers in Phrapariyattidham School, Department of General Education Group 1, Bangkok. Tool for studied is 5-point scale survey and measured quality of tool from content validity by using IOC technique with 3 experts checking survey. Reliability level of survey is 0.92 analyzed data by frequency, percentage average, deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The study found that motivator factors, hygiene factors and well-behaved motivation of children in Phrapariyattidham School, Department of General Education Group 1, Bangkok, by overall and by type are at high level. The correlation of relationship between two motivator factors, that motivator factors, hygiene factors and well-behaved motivation of children by overall and by type have positive correlation at low level with significant statistic level .05 It was found that the Hygiene factors was able to predict the students' behaviors as Good Citizen by 10% at level with significant statistic level .01.
