Abstract

This research aims to 1) to study process of learning behavior scale based on threefold training for kai wai sai course. 2) to create of learning behavior scale based on threefold training for kai wai sai course. 3) to check quality of learning behavior scale based on threefold training for kai wai sai course. It is a mixed method research. Using qualitative measurements to create quantitative research instruments. kai wai sai course trainer  7 person are key contributors in the in-depth interview. Populations in kai wai sai course during the academic year 2020 were used to collect quantitative data. The appropriate sample size for the researcher to use the formula of Hair and the team (1998) was 360 people. The researcher determined the sample size for this study to be 360 people. The instruments were  1) in depth interview 2) Measuring Learning Behavior on the threefold learning principle. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, pearson product moment correlation and second order confirmatory factor analysis.

The research results were as follows:

  1. Guidelines for measuring learning behavior according to the threefold learning principle for trainees of kai wai sai course, it was found that the training and care of the trainers must be friendly. Availability of trainees to encourage trainees' open-mindedness, listening, and understanding of Dhamma training, In the monitoring and evaluation field the results will be measured by the camp using the camp's indicators. It will be gathered by contacting teachers or the department's head. In training management in accordance with the current situation curriculum development that is relevant to the current situation. There are content insertions to keep up with modern times and political events at the time. To serve as an example in order to more clearly teach the Dhamma.
  2. The learning behavior measures according to the threefold learning principle for the trainees of kai wai sai course consisted of 3 main components: 1) morality learning behavior 2) mentality learning behavior 3) wisdom learning behavior. In addition, there are eight indicators in the learning behavior measurement model :  1) good speech  2) honest actions

3) living an honest life  4) perseverance  5) self-direction  6) self-determination 7) having a positive attitude  and 8) having a good idea.

  1. The quality examination of the threefold learning behavior measurement model of the trainees of kai wai sai course developed by secondorder confirmatory factor analysis of the threefold  learning behavior measurement model for the trainees of kai wai sai course (BSMW) found that conformed to the empirical data  considered using the chi-square value (x 2 = 21.96, df = 15, p =.1088), which differs from zero significantly. The harmonization level index (GFI) of  .985, the modified degree of harmony index (AGFI) is of .96, and the remainder mean square root index (RMR) of .01 denotes that the model agrees with the empirical data.
