Abstract

This research article aimed to study 1) moral school activities management factors of school under the Secondary Education Service of Nonthaburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, 2) levels of morality and ethics of students in school under the Secondary Education Service of Nonthaburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, and 3) moral school activities management factors affected morality and ethics. The sample group was 367 teachers who took responsibility to moral school projects in school under the Secondary Education Service of Nonthaburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. The research instrument was tested the differences of sample group’s variance and divided into 3 group which were first aspect was moral school policy, second aspect was moral school’s projects operation, third aspect was 8 desirable characteristics of morality and ethics, by applying Levene’s test statistic to analyze one-way ANOVA.

          The research result found that 1) moral school activities management factors of school under the Secondary Education Service of Nonthaburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya in overall was the highest level. 2) The levels of morality and ethics of students in school under the Secondary Education Service of Nonthaburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya in overall was the highest level. 3) The moral school activities management factors affected morality and ethics of students in school under the Secondary Education Service of Nonthaburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya found that in overall was highest level, and consideration in each aspect was high level, sort by the highest level to the lowest as follow, second aspect, moral school’s projects operation, and first aspect, moral school policy and the last was third aspect, 8 desirable characteristics of morality and ethics. The analysis of moral school activities management factors in policy aspect, operation aspect showed the equation as Y=2.494+(.828) Policy+.727 which affected to levels of morality and ethics of students in school under the Secondary Education Service of Nonthaburi and Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya as .0000 with statistically significant as 0.05 which was 77.2 percentage.
