Abstract

This article has a purpose to search the promotion measurement transparency of local administrative organizations including the transparency of local council, the transparency of disclosure, publishing and Information publicity, the transparency of project planning, the transparency of evaluation and verification, the transparency of Business administration and the Dharma should be applied to promote transparency is modesty (Hiri) shaming of sin, fearing of corruption. The mental corruption that starts with thinking and looking forward to corrupting or distort to get what one desires. Otappa is fearing of the consequences of sin to promote transparency of local government organization. It is beneficial to the development and quality of life of the people in general.
