Factors affecting the effectiveness of budget management of Bangkok Local Administrative Organization

The objectives of this research were to study 1) to study the level of the effectiveness of the budget administration of the Bangkok local government organization, 2) the factors affecting the effectiveness of the budget administration of the Bangkok local administration organization, and 3) to propose the model for the structure of the administrative effectiveness The budget of the local government organization in Bangkok. The population used in this study were local administrators, civil servants, employees and personnel of the local government organization in Bangkok. The selected population was 1,200 samples, which were survey research and tools used in the selection. Research, data collection as a questionnaire and analyzed by using statistical software, including Frequency distribution, Percent, Mean, Standard Deviation and Lisrel Model analysis.
The results of the research showed that
1) The level of effectiveness of budget management Rule of law Transparency Responsibility Value for money Principles of participation The moral principles are at a high level and budget management for the organization's strategy. Organizational structure 2) Factors affecting the effectiveness of budget management found that the model of budget management effectiveness regarding transparency is the highest, followed by the rule of law. The moral principles have the least weight and the factors that affect the budget administration of the Subdistrict Administration Organization found that the budget management model of the organization structure is the most. Next is the organizational strategy. And skills have the least weight. 3) The structure of the effectiveness of budget management has a positive relationship.
