Level Importance of Competencies School Administrators under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to study the importance level of competency of school administrators under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 2. Is survey research. Population The school administrators under the Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, the academic year 2018 were 135 persons. The instrument used in the research was a questionnaire. Analyze the data by using statistical computer software. To find the frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation by description.

          The results of the research showed that Competency of school administrators under the Office of Saraburi Primary Educational Service Area 2, in all aspects, has a high level of importance. The highest mean was attitude performance. Next is the ability. The behavior of a person, Knowledge, and Skills is the last level. When considering the performance from all aspects of all 60 performance found that. Key competencies with the highest average of 7 competencies consist of Being a leader with morals and ethics first. Next is to promote discipline, morality, ethics, and unity among the faculty. Promoting the development of colleagues to have morals and ethics. Defining the vision and goals of education. Being honest and transparent. Being responsible and.  deciding. and Participatory management. Respectively. From the research results, it can be seen that The importance of school administrators in elementary education. Must have a good attitude By being a leader with morality and ethics. And must promote and develop colleagues to have discipline, morality, ethics, and unity among the group as well. The most important thing is to be a good person, followed by being a genius, having knowledge and ability. Skills are the last priority.
