Study the Work Practice Level of the Commission of Overseeing and Following-up Police Administration of the Police Officers in Metropolitan Police Division 5

The purpose of this research is to study the work practice level of the Commission of Overseeing and Following-up Police Administration of the police officers in Metropolitan Police Division 5 according to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. This is an applied survey research using questionnaires to collect the data, which was analyzed by using t-test, F-test, and Scheffe’s multiple comparison test at the level of significance of 0.05. The participants were the 81 officers of the Commission of Overseeing and Following-up Police Administration from 9 police stations.
The study revealed that 1) the overall level of practice was high with means = 3.99 and standard deviation = 0.08. 2) The different ages showed different levels of practice in 10 out of 20 categories. 3) Different occupations revealed the difference in work practice in 2 out of 20 categories.
