The Model of Potential Development of Labor on Bhavana 4 to Promote ASEAN Strength in the Smut Sakhon Province

The objectives of this research were as follows: 1) to study the knowledge Bhavana 4, 2) to analysis of factors affecting the model of potential development of labor on Bhavana 4 to promote ASEAN strength in the Smut Sakhon Province, 3) to prepare a manual of potential development of labor on Bhavana 4 to promote ASEAN strength. Research was mixed both quantitative and qualitative. The sample group was the 400 people who were labor in Samut Sakhon Province, including in-depth interviews with key informants 9 people. The tools were questionnaires and structured in-depth interviews. The statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test F test and correlation coefficient.
The results of research were found that 1) the knowledge knowledge Bhavana 4 of labor at high level. 2) The model of potential development of labor on Bhavana 4 to promote ASEAN strength at high level: mind development, wisdom, Sisa and body development. The labor with different genders and ages had no difference of the development with the model of potential development of labor on Bhavana 4 to promote ASEAN strength. But the labor with different education and income had difference with the statistical significance at .05, and the correlation between the knowledge of Bhavana 4 and the potential development of labor were found that had correlate. The model of potential development of labor on Bhavana 4: Practice training to be physically, mentally and intellectually prepared had responsibility the problem can be resolved carefully. 3) The manual of potential development of labor on Bhavana 4 to promote ASEAN strength 5 chapters: Chapter 1 Introduction, Chapter 2 Knowledge and Understanding of the Bhavana 4, Chapter 3 The Concept and Theory of potential development of labor on Bhavana 4 to promote ASEAN strength, Chapter 4 the model of potential development of labor on Bhavana 4 to promote ASEAN strength and Chapter 5 Conclusion.
