The Approach to Building Relationships between Employers and Employees According to the Principle of Saraniyadhamma: A Case Study of Pan Asia Footwear Public Limited Company Phimai Branch

Abstract

This article aims to study ideas and theories of building relationships between employers and employees and to study problems and relationship building between employers and employees in the case of Pan Asia Footwear Public Limited Company, Phimai Branch; and (3) to analyze the policy of relationship building between the employers and employees of Pan Asia Footwear Public Limited Company, Phimai Branch in accordance with the principle of Saraniyadhamma; all of which is a documentary research together with an in-depth interview.   

From the research, it is found that the problems and relationship building of the company, it is found that the company had the policies in managing to build relationships under the 3 aspects of: policies and the overall image of business running, qualities, and employee working policies.  When the company was closed down, every staff got healed by compensated money in full amount as the company and its employees have mutual relationships of worries and care to one another.   

From the analysis, it is found that both the company and the employees had built such good relationships towards one another which is in accordance with the principle of the Saraniyadhamma or the virtues for fraternal living as follow: acting nicely to one another, speaking nicely to one another, being sincere to one another, sharing good benefits to one another, holding on to the good policies or principles towards one another, and thinking well towards one another, all of which yield every party unity and harmony with love and care to one another.
