อนาคตภาพคุณลักษณะตามหลักอริยมรรคของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ.2566-2575)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะตามหลักอริยมรรคของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะตามหลักอริยมรรคของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ.2566-2575) และเพื่อประเมินอนาคตภาพคุณลักษณะตามหลักอริยมรรคของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ.2566-2575) ด้วยระเบียบวิธีวิจัยอนาคตแบบ EDFR โดยแบ่งการวิจัยออกเป็น 3 ระยะ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 23 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะตามหลักอริยมรรคของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา มีจำนวน 8 ด้าน 20 คุณลักษณะ คุณลักษณะตามหลักอริยมรรคของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ.2566-2575) มีจำนวน 8 ด้าน 55 คุณลักษณะ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ 2) ด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม 3) ด้านการติดต่อสื่อสาร (4) ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์เชิงนวัตกรรม 5) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์ 6) ด้านความมุ่งมั่นและความพากเพียร 7) ด้านความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ และ 8) ด้านความแน่วแน่มั่นคง โดยด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยของแนวโน้มที่จะเกิดขึ้นหรือเป็นจริงตามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ และอนาคตภาพคุณลักษณะตามหลักอริยมรรคของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ.2566-2575) โดยภาพรวมมีความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีความเหมาะสม อยู่ในระดับมาก
ข้อค้นพบงานวิจัยนี้จะเป็นแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะตามหลักอริยมรรคของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในทศวรรษหน้า (พ.ศ.2566-2575) เพื่อให้สามารถพัฒนาตนเองได้อย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อสถานศึกษา
