การพัฒนารูปแบบการนิเทศแบบเสริมพลังเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูภาษาไทย สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูภาษาไทย 2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการนิเทศแบบเสริมพลัง ในการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูภาษาไทย 3) เพื่อศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการนิเทศแบบเสริมพลัง เพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูภาษาไทย เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ได้ศึกษาแนวคิดแนวคิดที่เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาสมรรถนะครู แนวคิดการจัดการเรียนรู้และเทคนิคการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาษาไทยเชิงรุกเป็นกรอบการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนวิชาภาษาไทย จำนวน 8 โรงเรียน ในกลุ่มโรงเรียนเครือข่ายอุเทนโนนตาล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครพนม เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 56 คน ใช้วิธีคัดเลือกแบบแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมี 2 ชนิด คือ 1) แบบ สอบถาม 2) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการประเมินความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูภาษาไทย พบว่า ดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็น (PNImodifies) ในภาพรวมทั้ง 3 ด้านคือ 1) ด้านเจตคติที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก 2) ด้านทักษะการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก และ 3) ด้านความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุก มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.58 2. รูปแบบการนิเทศแบบเสริมพลังที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการ 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) กระบวนการนิเทศ และ 4) การวัดและประเมินผล และ 3. ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการนิเทศแบบเสริมพลังเพื่อเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูภาษาไทย พบว่า 1) สมรรถนะการจัดการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของครูภาษาไทยทั้ง 3 ด้าน หลังทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนทดลอง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2) ความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อมีต่อการจัดกิจกรรมตามรูปแบบการนิเทศ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
