กลยุทธ์การพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษา ปริญญาโทบริหารการศึกษาในยุคการเรียนรู้วิถีใหม่

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพที่พึงประสงค์พัฒนากลยุทธ์ ประเมินกลยุทธ์ เสนอแนวทางการนำกลยุทธ์ไปสู่การปฏิบัติ และจัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายการนำกลยุทธ์ ไปสู่การปฏิบัติ ใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เป็นแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง เพื่อสร้างกรอบแนวคิด และสังเคราะห์ตัวแปร จำนวน 14 เรื่อง การวิจัยนี้ตั้งอยู่บนองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 6 ด้าน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณกับนักศึกษาปริญญาโทมหาวิทยาลัยในเขตพื้นที่ภาคกลางสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในกำกับของรัฐจำนวน 19 สถาบัน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่าย จำนวน 10 สถาบันจำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 275 คน วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเพื่อเสนอแนวทางการนำกลยุทธ์ไปสู่การปฏิบัติ และจัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย ผลการวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาปริญญาโทบริหารการศึกษาในยุคการเรียนรู้วิถีใหม่ ระดับความสำคัญ (MDF) คือวิสัยทัศน์เพื่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง การตระหนักรู้ในตนเอง ด้านการปรับตัวและด้านความยืดหยุ่น ด้านคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ ด้านสื่อสารดิจิทัลและด้านสื่อสาร กลยุทธ์ที่สำคัญ 6 กลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ 1) การเรียนรู้ในภาวะสังคมดิจิทัลบนฐานความรู้ 2) ปรับกลไกการสื่อสารทัศนะเชิงบวก 3) พัฒนาการปรับตัวและยืดหยุ่นทางความคิด 4) สร้างนวัตกรรมทางความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ กล้าคิดแตกต่าง 5) พัฒนาให้เป็นผู้นำทางความคิดตระหนักรู้ในตนเอง 6) พลิกโฉมวิสัยทัศน์นำพาการเปลี่ยนแปลงกลยุทธ์รอง 18 กลยุทธ์ ผลการวิจัยจะเป็นแนวทางในเสริมสร้างองค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะและเป็นแนวทางในการวางแผนนำเสนอกลยุทธ์พัฒนาภาวะผู้นำในศตวรรษที่ 21 ในยุคการเรียนรู้วิถีใหม่ ซึ่งจะช่วยให้การจัดการเรียนรู้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
