THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INNOVATION MODEL OF CREATIVE SCHOOL MANAGEMENT TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNERS IN THE 21ST CENTURY FOR BASIC EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

The purpose of this research was to analyze the components of educational institution administration innovation to promote student development and create creative educational institution administration innovation in basic educational institutions. Moreover, it also included the evaluation and certification of creative educational administration innovations to promote student development in basic educational institutions. The study used a multiphase mixed-method research method using the Delphi Technique and survey research. The sample group in this research were 350 administrators of educational institutions in educational innovation areas under the Educational Innovation Areas Act of 2019. The research instrument was a questionnaire regarding opinions on validity and suitability. Data were analyzed using computer programs. Statistics were frequency, percentage, mean (X), and standard deviation (S.D.).
The results of the research showed that the work systems were important to the educational institution administrations as follows: 1) Input was the first element leading to operations, covering the environment: leadership, educational personnel, organizational structure, learning resources in educational institutions, and organizational culture. 2) Process included problem study and analysis, planning and design, innovation implementation, and evaluation. 3) Output included product innovation, process innovation and management innovation. The results of suitability of creative educational institution administration innovation to promote student development in the 21st century in basic educational institutions, the experts agreed that the results were suitable. The results of validity and suitability of creative educational administration innovations to promote student development in the 21st century for basic educational institutions, the administrators saw that it had the highest level of validity and the highest level of suitability as well.
