รูปแบบการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การทำงานเป็นฐานเพื่อเสริมสร้างผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษาของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี เทคโนโลยีบัณฑิต (ทล.บ) วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาชลบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาและหาคุณภาพของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การทำงานเป็นฐาน 2) ประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การทำงานเป็นฐาน ตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี จำนวน 25 คน ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียน ในรายวิชา การบริหารจัดการยุคใหม่และภาวะผู้นำ เครื่องมือในการวิจัย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) แบบสอบถามความต้องการการเรียนรู้ 3) แบบประเมินคุณภาพของรูปแบบ 4) แบบทดสอบปรนัยด้านความรู้ 5) แบบประเมินด้านทักษะ 6) แบบประเมินด้านจริยธรรม 7) แบบประเมินด้านลักษณะบุคคล 8) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการพัฒนาและหาคุณภาพของรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การทำงานเป็นฐาน ดังนี้ 1.1) ผลการศึกษาความต้องการในการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การทำงานเป็นฐาน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 1.2) ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบมี 3 ขั้นตอน คือ พัฒนาแนวคิดรวบยอด ฝึกฝนประสบการณ์ การให้ผลสะท้อนกลับ 1.3) ผลการหาคุณภาพด้านความเหมาะสม ความสอดคล้องของรูปแบบ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) ประเมินผลการใช้รูปแบบ 2.1) ผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ด้านความรู้ผลการทดสอบหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 2.2) ด้านทักษะ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2.3) ด้านจริยธรรม ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2.4) ด้านลักษณะบุคคล ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อรูปแบบ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด องค์ความรู้ที่ได้รับในการใช้รูปแบบการทำงานเป็นฐานต้องสร้างเครือข่ายการทำงานร่วมกัน ได้แก่ เครือข่ายสถาบันการศึกษา เครือข่ายภาคเอกชน และเครือข่ายต่างประเทศ ส่งผลให้ผู้เรียนมีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้น
