การพัฒนาแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการแผนกทันตกรรมของโรงพยาบาลเอกชนและคลินิกทันตกรรมในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครสำหรับผู้ใช้สิทธิประกันสังคม

บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) เพื่อศึกษาผลของนโยบายทันตกรรมต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงการบริหารจัดการแผนกทันตกรรม 2) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลกระทบการบริหารจัดการแผนกทันตกรรม และ 3) เพื่อพัฒนาแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการแผนกทันตกรรมของโรงพยาบาลเอกชนและคลินิกทันตกรรมในเขตพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานครสำหรับผู้ใช้สิทธิประกันสังคม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสนทนากลุ่มและการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ ได้แก่หน่วยงานภาครัฐที่เกี่ยวข้องกับทันตกรรม จำนวน 4 คน ผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลเอกชนและคลินิกทันตกรรม จำนวน 10 คน และผู้รับบริการทันตกรรม จำนวน 10 คน และผู้ร่วมสนทนากลุ่มจำนวน 6 คน ทำวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ด้านการวางแผน ควรกำหนดนโยบายสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานโดยพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเข้ามาใช้ กระบวนการให้บริการจบสิ้น ณ จุดเดียว กำหนดนโยบายบริการที่โดดเด่นมีเอกลักษณ์ 2) ด้านการจัดองค์กร มีบุคลากรให้เพียงพอในแต่ละหน่วยงาน ใช้ระบบสุขภาพแบบบูรณาการ 3) ด้านการสั่งการ มีแพทย์เฉพาะทางประจำ หรือแพทย์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 40 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์ ให้บริการเชิงรุก และเข้าใจผู้รับบริการ 4) ด้านการประสานงาน จัดทำสื่อออนไลน์ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ ในการจัดการและเผยแพร่ความรู้ มีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยแนะนำ 5) ด้านการควบคุม กำหนดกระบวนการในการติดตามและรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน ผู้รับบริการสามารถประเมินความพึงพอใจได้
