ภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และสหวิทยาเขต เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่มัธยมศึกษาเขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 357 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของโคเฮน และใช้วิธีการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.981 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน และสหวิทยาเขตต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ข้อค้นพบจากงานวิจัยนี้จะเป็นข้อมูลให้กับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษานำไปใช้เป็นแนวทางในการเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำแบบกระจายอำนาจของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาได้อย่างเหมาะสม และเป็นการยกระดับคุณภาพของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาให้ดียิ่งขึ้นต่อไป
