รูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนําตนเอง ของครูพลศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก

บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหาการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนําตนเอง 2) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนําตนเองของครูพลศึกษา 3) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนำตนเอง ของครูพลศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative Research) พื้นที่วิจัย คือ โรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาพิษณุโลก อุตรดิตถ์ ตามขนาดของโรงเรียน โดยมีกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำนวน 15 คน ได้มาจากการการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์การวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพปัจจุบันของครูพละศึกษายังขาดองค์ความรู้ ในด้านทักษะทางวิชาการ ขาดการแสวงหาแหล่งเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการ ผู้วิจัยจึงได้พัฒนาขั้นตอนและรูปแบบการพัฒนาสมรรถนะทางวิชาการด้วยการเรียนรู้แบบนําตนเอง ของครูพลศึกษาโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในจังหวัดพิษณุโลก หรือ ASP Model ขึ้น เป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาครูพลศึกษาให้มีองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการ สามารถเรียนรู้และแสวงหาแหล่งเรียนรู้ได้ด้วยตนเอง ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการนำองค์ความรู้มาพัฒนากระบวนการจัดการเรียนการสอนแก่ผู้เรียน สู่การสร้างกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เท่าทันความเปลี่ยนแปลงในยุคปัจจุบัน
