บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของครูต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มโรงเรียนศรีพุทธ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของครูต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มโรงเรียนศรีพุทธ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงานและขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในกลุ่มโรงเรียนศรีพุทธ จำนวน 234 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่าง 0.80 – 1.00 มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.984 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที
. ผลการวิจัยพบว่าผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1)ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครู กลุ่มโรงเรียนศรีพุทธอยู่ในระดับมาก (2)ผลการเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้ของครูที่มีต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มโรงเรียนศรีพุทธ พบว่า(2.1)ครูที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน(2.2)ครูที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกันมีการรับรู้ต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ.05ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน ยกเว้นด้านการคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล(2.3)ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ต่อภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
