ภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในโรงเรียนกลุ่มกรุงธนใต้ สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

บทความวิจัยครั้งนี้วิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยี ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้ของครูในโรงเรียนกลุ่มกรุงธนใต้ สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดโรงเรียนเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูที่สอนในโรงเรียนกลุ่มกรุงธนใต้ สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ปีการศึกษา 2565 จำนวน 333 คน โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัย ได้แก่ กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางสำเร็จรูปของโคเฮนสุ่มตัวอย่างตามสัดส่วนของแต่ละชั้นภูมิ และสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำ เชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.976 สถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของคะแนนเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) ระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า ครูที่สอนในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ต่อระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยีของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ยกเว้นการมีวิสัยทัศน์และความเป็นผู้นำ
ด้านเทคโนโลยี การใช้เทคโนโลยีในการบริหารและการปฏิบัติงาน และการใช้เทคโนโลยีในการวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ไม่แตกต่างกัน ครูที่สอนในโรงเรียนที่มีระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน
มีการรับรู้ต่อระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงเทคโนโลยี ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกัน
