การพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างอาชีพอิสระของผู้สูงอายุตำบลบ้านป้อม อำเภอพระนครศรีอยุธยา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา

บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความต้องการของผู้สูงอายุในการพัฒนาอาชีพอิสระเพื่อสร้างรายได้ ตำบลบ้านป้อม จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการสร้างเสริมอาชีพอิสระของผู้สูงอายุตำบลบ้านป้อม จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา 3) นำเสนอรูปแบบการสร้างเสริมอาชีพอิสระของผู้สูงอายุตำบลบ้านป้อม จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม ดำเนินการ 4 ขั้นตอน คือ การวางแผน การปฏิบัติการ การสังเกต และการสะท้อนผล มีผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยเป็นผู้สูงอายุในชุมชนที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด จำนวน 26 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์ การสนทนากลุ่ม การทำสนุทรียสนทนา และการสังเกต วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณา ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา นำเสนอเชิงพรรณา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่ต้องการอาชีพอิสระ ร้อยละ 70.21 ระยะเวลาในการพัฒนาอาชีพ 1-2 วัน ร้อยละ 76.95 และรูปแบบการจัดกิจกรรมการพัฒนาอาชีพ เป็นการพัฒนาอาขีพจากภูมิปัญญา ร้อยละ 40.42 2) ผลการศึกษาในการพัฒนารูปแบบการสร้างเสริมอาชีพอิสระของผู้สูงอายุตำบลบ้านป้อม จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา พบว่า รูปแบบการสร้างเสริมอาชีพอิสระผู้สูงอายุ ตำบลบ้านป้อม จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาประกอบด้วย 5 กระบวนการ ได้แก่ (1) เตรียมคนเตรียมข้อมูลวิเคราะห์ระบบนิเวศน์อาชีพผู้สูงอายุ (2) ค้นหาภาคีเครือข่ายส่งเสริมอาชีพในชุมชน (3) กำหนดเป้าหมายในการสร้างอาชีพอิสระ (4) ขับเคลื่อนอาชีพอิสระผู้สูงอายุผ่านการทำอาหารภูมิปัญญา (5) พัฒนาคุณค่า ความหมายของอาหารภูมิปัญญาพื้นถิ่นพระนครศรีอยุธยา ผลการศึกษาผลลัพธ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงจากรูปแบบการสร้างเสริมอาชีพอิสระผู้สูงอายุ ตำบลบ้านป้อม จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาพบการเปลี่ยนแปลง 4 มิติ ได้แก่ 1) ค้นพบศักยภาพชุมชนและตนเอง 2) มีอาชีพเสริมภายใต้บริบทของชุมชน 3) มีเครือข่ายหนุนเสริม 4) เกิดการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน
