บทบาทผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ติดตามสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2554 – ปัจจุบัน

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอ บทบาทผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ติดตามสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรตั้งแต่ ปีพ.ศ. 2554–ปัจจุบัน โดยใช้กรอบการศึกษาตามแนวคิดการบริการสาธารณะแนวใหม่ ประกอบกับการศึกษาระเบียบรัฐสภา ว่าด้วยการแต่งตั้งบุคคลเพื่อปฏิบัติหน้าที่อันเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการปฏิบัติงานของรัฐสภา สภาผู้แทนราษฎร พ.ศ. 2554 และที่เพิ่มเติมถึงฉบับที่ 3 พ.ศ. 2556 พบว่าบทบาทของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ติดตามสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปตามยุคสมัย และบริบททางการเมือง ปัจจุบันมีการปรับปรุงระเบียบและแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานที่ชัดเจน การอบรมให้ความรู้จากหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบ ช่วยให้ผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ติดตามสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร มีความเข้าใจในการปฏิบัติงาน การนำเอาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร การประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อช่วยสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานให้อย่างรวดเร็ว ทำให้ผู้ช่วยดำเนินงานสมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎรสามารถปฏิบัติภารกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และประสิทธิผล ตามเจตนารมณ์ที่รัฐสภากำหนดไว้
