การประเมินโครงการการจัดการชั้นเรียนตามระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนบ้านหมี่วิทยา จังหวัดลพบุรี

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อประเมินบริบทของโครงการเกี่ยวกับความต้องการในการจัดทำโครงการและความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ 2) เพื่อประเมินปัจจัยนำเข้าของโครงการเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมของบุคลากรที่รับผิดชอบมีความรู้ความสามารถและมีความพร้อม และความพอเพียงของงบประมาณ 3) เพื่อประเมินกระบวนการของโครงการเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมที่ดำเนินการ และการติดตามการปฏิบัติงานโครงการ 4) เพื่อประเมินผลผลิตของโครงการเกี่ยวกับการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล นักเรียนที่ได้รับการคัดกรอง นักเรียนที่ได้รับการแก้ไขปัญหาได้สำเร็จ นักเรียนที่แก้ไขปัญหาไม่สำเร็จและต้องส่งต่อ 5) เพื่อประเมินผลกระทบของโครงการเกี่ยวกับนักเรียนที่มีวินัยเพิ่มขึ้น และความพึงพอใจของนักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง และครูที่มีต่อโครงการ 6) เพื่อประเมินประสิทธิผล เกี่ยวกับการจัดการตามวัตถุประสงค์ การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ การดำเนินงานที่คุ้มค่า และความพึงพอใจที่ได้รับจากผลงาน 7) เพื่อประเมินความยั่งยืน เกี่ยวกับการนำความรู้ที่ได้จากความสำเร็จไปสู่งานอื่น การประยุกต์ความรู้ไปสู่แนวคิดใหม่ และการทำงานเป็นทีม และ8) เพื่อประเมินการถ่ายโยงความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปรับกลยุทธ์ในการแก้ปัญหา การปรับปรุงนวัตกรรมและการขยายผล และการปรับความรู้ให้เหมาะสมกับองค์กรภายนอก ในการประเมินโครงการครั้งนี้ใช้รูปแบบการประเมินแบบซิพเพียท (CIPPIEST) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียน จำนวน 306 คน ผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 306 คน และครู จำนวน 65 คน ของโรงเรียนบ้านหมี่วิทยา จังหวัดลพบุรี ปีงบประมาณ 2563 การกำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางเครจซี่และมอร์แกน ใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามโอกาสทางสถิติ ด้วยการสุ่มแบบชั้นภูมิ ซึ่งการเก็บข้อมูลในการประเมินครั้งนี้ นอกจากเก็บข้อมูลจากครูกลุ่มตัวอย่างแล้วผู้ประเมินยังได้เก็บข้อมูลกับครูผู้รับผิดชอบงบประมาณของโรงเรียน จำนวน 1 คน และครูที่ปรึกษาจำนวน 43 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการประเมินครั้งนี้ มีทั้งสิ้น 14 ฉบับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
