บทความนี้ต้องการนำเสนอเกี่ยวกับการสร้างวาทกรรมการพัฒนาทุนทางสังคมในบริบทของประเทศไทยแนวคิดวาทกรรมของ Foucaut นักวิชาการชาวฝรั่งเศษและแนวคิดทุนทางสังคมของ Bourdieu ตลอดจนนักวิชาการไทยหลายท่านผู้เขียนใช้กรอบแนวคิดการสร้างวาทกรรมในการพัฒนาทุนทางสังคมเพื่อส่งเสริมพัฒนาในความหมายของทุนในบริบทของไทยเป็นการพัฒนาทุนที่มีอยู่ต่อยอดแนวคิด สานต่อเพื่อพัฒนาทุนทางสังคมไทยต่อไป
