The Enhancing of School and Community Relation in Wat Yai Ban Bor School under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract

        The objectives of this independent study were to identify 1) the level of enhancing school and community relation of Watyaibanbor School, Under Samutsakorn Primary Educational Service Area and 2) the guidelines of enhancing school and community relation of Watyaibanbor School, Under Samutsakorn Primary Educational Service Area. The sample were 46 school administrators. teachers, school board ,The instruments were the checklist questionnaire, with 41 items, about enhancing school and community relationship. The Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.      


         The findings of this study were as follows: (1) The level of reused as community, of Watyaibanbor School, Under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area,  as a whole was a hight level. When Considerated in  each aspect, Its found that 4 aspects were at a hight level by descending respective arrangement based on the Arithematic Mean Values; Cooperation, Creating a Network partner, Public Relations and Community Service, respeetively. (2) The guidelines for improving the school and community of  Watyaibanbor School, Under Samutsakhon Primary Educational Service Area were as follows : 1) Basic Education Board should stimulate the better relationship between school and community,     2) the school should participate in religious days with the community, 3) the school should announce the activities and information in the school to the community, and 4) the school should allow the community to know more about school by property use within the school such as school’s buildings and stadium.
