บทคัดย่อ

คุณลักษณะของผู้นำ และพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งเมื่อเผชิญกับสถานการณ์วิกฤติ มีความสำคัญต่อองค์การและหมู่คณะอย่างสูง นอกจากคุณลักษณะแล้วสถานการณ์นับว่าเป็นตัวแปรสำคัญต่อประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลของผู้นำงานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำและพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจภายใต้สถานการณ์วิกฤติ โดยนำทฤษฎีภาวะผู้นำเป็นกรอบในการวิจัย และใช้หนังสือพงศาวดารสามก๊กเป็นแหล่งข้อมูล เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับทฤษฎีภาวะผู้นำและนำเสนอวิธีวิจัยเพื่อประยุกต์ใช้ต่อไป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้นำในพงศาวดารสามก๊ก ต่างมีคุณลักษณะที่สอดคล้องกับทฤษฎีภาวะผู้นำเชิงคุณลักษณะ พฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจของผู้นำประกอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสภาพแวดล้อมและทางเลือก ทำการตัดสินใจอย่างเด็ดเดี่ยว มีความเมตตาและคุณธรรม ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่น่าเรียนรู้

Decision under Crisis: Leaders Behavior in the Romance of Three Kingdoms

Charismatic leadership and decision behavior of leaders, especially when facing crisis situation are important to the organization and members. Apart from charisma, the situation can be considered as a relevant factor in judging the ability of leaders. This research aims to study the leadership related to decision making behavior under the crisis situation. The researcher brings the leadership theory as framework and uses the historical literature the Romance of Three Kingdoms as raw data. It is a qualitative research methodology in nature. The objectives are to enhance the knowledge of leadership theory and to present the research method to apply for other research topics. The research found that the leaders in the Romance of Three Kingdoms having charisma in accordance with the theory and the decision behavior comprises of considering information related to the situation and options, making decision with courage, full of sympathy and moral which are great lessons to learn.
