โครงการการพัฒนากระบวนการสนับสนุนโครงการวิจัย ที่มีคุณภาพ สำหรับพี่เลี้ยงงานวิจัยเพื่อท้องถิ่นภาคอีสาน

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยนี้ใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (PAR: Participatory Action Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อถอดบทเรียนโครงการวิจัยเพื่อท้องถิ่นที่มีคุณภาพของ ภาคอีสาน โดยเก็บข้อมูลผ่านกระบวนการถอดบทเรียนโครงการที่มีคุณภาพ จำนวน 20 โครงการ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ปัจจัยเงื่อนไขสำคัญในการทำโครงการวิจัยให้ประสบผลสำเร็จมีหลายปัจจัย ได้แก่ 1) โจทย์วิจัยและปัญหาการวิจัย ต้องเป็นเรื่องของคนในชุมชนที่ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการแก้ปัญหานี้ 2) ทีมวิจัยมีองค์ประกอบ มาจากกลุ่มคนหลายกลุ่มในชุมชน และมีความมุ่งมั่น ใจรักที่จะทำงานเพื่อชุมชน 3) หัวหน้าโครงการวิจัย มีอุดมการณ์ในการมองปัญหาและมีประสบการณ์ทำงานเกี่ยวกับประเด็นในโจทย์วิจัยนั้นๆ มาระดับหนึ่ง 4) มีการเตรียมความพร้อมของทีมวิจัยและชุมชน ก่อนการวิจัย 5) สร้างการมีส่วนร่วมจากกลุ่มคนที่หลากหลายเพื่อร่วมทำงานวิจัย 6) มีการนำเสนอข้อมูลสู่ชุมชน “การคืนข้อมูลสู่ชุมชน” 7) การบันทึกกิจกรรมและเก็บข้อมูลอย่างรัดกุม ในทุกกิจกรรม 8) การศึกษาดูงาน เพื่อสร้างการเรียนรู้ให้กับทีมวิจัยและคนในชุมชน 9) จัดเวทีนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยทั้งภายในชุมชนและภายนอกชุมชนเพื่อขยายผลการวิจัยสู่สาธารณะ และ 10) ประสานงานกับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและหน่วยงานราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อร่วมสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของโครงการฯอย่างต่อเนื่องสกว.ฝ่ายวิจัยเพื่อท้องถิ่น ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการวิจัยและพัฒนาด้านการบริหารจัดการโครงการวิจัยให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อพัฒนาโจทย์วิจัยจากปัญหาพื้นที่ในประเด็นใหม่ๆ ที่สอดคล้องกับชุมชนท้องถิ่นที่มีพลวัตรเปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็วในปัจจุบันต่อไป

RESEARCH COUNSELORS’ FACILITATIVE PROCESS DEVELOPMENT OF QUALITY COMMUNITY-BASED RESEARCH PROJECT IN NORTH-EASTHERN THAILAND

The processes of Participatory Action Research of PAR were employed in the study. aiming at analyzing the lessons learned from the substantial effective research projects undertaken in North-easthern Region. The data collection was undertaken by the analysis of 20 effective research projects. The findings of the study indicate that the processes employed in the analysis of the effective research projects studied have contributed core knowledge in terms of conditional factors to the success of the research projects as follows: 1) the research problems derive from the members of the community, 2) the research teams consist of several groups of people in the community, 3) the head of the research projects are idealists, visionaries, and experienced in the research problem solution, 4) the research teams and the community are prepared before the research project being launched; 5) creation of the research cooperation from a variety groups of people are enhanced, 6) the results of the data analysis are presented to the community for checking their accuracy, 7) the record of the entire activities and precisely data collection including conclusion, 8) the study tours for promoting the learning of the research teams, 9) the presentation of the research findings to the internal and external community for extending the findings to the public is carried out, and 10) the cooperation with the local administrative organizations and the involved governmental sectors for the consistent research support is practiced.
