ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบทบาทการเสริมสร้างพลังชุมชนของผู้พิพากษาสมทบในศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการแก้ไขบำบัดฟื้นฟูเด็กและเยาวชนผู้กระทำผิด: กรณีศึกษาจังหวัดพังงา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทและการเสริมสร้างพลังชุมชนเพื่อการแก้ไขบำบัดฟื้นฟูเด็กและเยาวชนผู้กระทำผิดของศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวจังหวัดพังงา 2) ศึกษาผลของบทบาทและการเสริมสร้างพลังชุมชนที่มีต่อประสิทธิผลการแก้ไขบำบัดฟื้นฟูเด็กและเยาวชนกระทำผิดของศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวจังหวัดพังงา โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้พิพากษาสมทบ จำนวน 18 คน และเจ้าหน้าที่ศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัวจังหวัดพังงา จำนวน 15 คน รวมจำนวน 33 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้ค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน การวิเคราะห์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่มีต่อบทบาทผู้พิพากษาสมทบ การเสริมสร้างพลังชุมชน และประสิทธิผลการแก้ไขบำบัดฟื้นฟูเด็กและเยาวชน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดทั้ง 3 ด้าน โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.30, 4.28 และ 4.35 ตามลำดับ 2) การเสริมสร้างพลังชุมชนมีความสัมพันธ์กับประสิทธิผลการแก้ไขบำบัดฟื้นฟูเด็กและเยาวชนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = 0.572) โดยมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลาง และสามารถพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการแก้ไขบำบัดฟื้นฟูเด็กและเยาวชนได้ร้อยละ 33.7 โดยปัจจัยส่งเสริมการเสริมสร้างพลังชุมชนของผู้พิพากษาสมทบที่สำคัญ คือ การมีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับองค์กรต่าง ๆ ส่วนปัจจัยที่เป็นอุปสรรคการเสริมสร้างพลังชุมชนของผู้พิพากษาสมทบที่สำคัญ คือ การขาดงบประมาณและทรัพยากรสนับสนุนในการดำเนินโครงการ
