บทบาทและการปรับตัวของสมาคมชาวเวียดนามจังหวัดอุดรธานี ในกระแสการเปลี่ยนผ่าน Roles and Adaptivity in Udon Thani Vietnamese Association Transitions

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 2 ประการ คือ 1) เพื่อสะท้อนบทบาทของสมาคมชาวเวียดนามจังหวัดอุดรธานี ในปัจจุบันที่มีต่อชุมชนชาวเวียดนามและต่อสังคม เมืองอุดรธานีในกระแสของการเปลี่ยนผ่านทั้งในด้านเศรษฐกิจ สังคมและวัฒนธรรมและ 2) เพื่ออธิบายลักษณะการปรับตัวและการสืบทอดการดำเนินงานของสมาคม โดยคนรุ่นใหม่ การปฏิสัมพันธ์กับส่วนงานและเครือข่ายอื่น ๆ รวมถึงกลยุทธ์ที่จะทำให้สมาคมดำรงอยู่ได้อย่างยั่งยืน ผู้วิจัยเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักและจัดประชุมกลุ่ม กลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 17 คน ข้อมูลที่ได้นำไปวิเคราะห์โดยวิธีการค้นหาแก่นสาระและอธิบายความตามกรอบแนวคิดที่กำหนด
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมาคมชาวเวียดนามจังหวัดอุดรธานีเป็นองค์กรที่มีกลไก การดำเนินงาน 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านบทบาทของสมาคม 2) ด้านประสานความร่วมมือ และ 3) ด้านการปรับตัว กระบวนการดังกล่าวสร้างให้สมาชิกสามารถใช้กลไกของสมาคม ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ เกิดผลประโยชน์กับสมาชิก และคณะกรรมการบริหารสมาคมยังวางรากฐานให้คนรุ่นใหม่เข้ามาดำเนินงานต่อจากคนรุ่นเก่าจะยังผลให้สมาคมมีฟันเฟืองดำเนินงานอย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต กลไกของสมาคมชาวเวียดนามจังหวัดอุดรธานี มีการดำเนินงานอย่างรอบคอบ ครอบคลุมคนทุกกลุ่มซึ่งจะเป็นบทเรียนสำคัญ ในการเป็นต้นแบบด้านการจัดการสมาคมให้กับสมาคมอื่นได้
